1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service
• 1.1 This agreement is an agreement between a member of Regeneration Assistant app (hereinafter referred to as "Member") and Hangzhou Tianyan Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyan Zhilian") regarding the use of the automatic renewal entrusted debit service provided by Tianyan Zhilian (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") by the member. This agreement describes the rights and obligations between Tianyan Zhilian and the member regarding the use of this service and related aspects. "Member" refers to a natural person who has completed all the procedures of becoming a member of Tianyan Zhilian and uses the member services provided by Tianyan Zhilian under the relevant rules of use of Tianyan Zhilian. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for members to use the service provided by Tianyan Zhilian. Tianyan Zhilian has reminded members to read the relevant exemption or limitation of liability clauses in the agreement in bold font or other reasonable ways. Both parties confirm that the aforementioned clauses do not belong to the "Contract Law" Article 40 of the "Exemption from its responsibilities, increase the liability of the other party, and exclude the main rights of the other party" clause, and both users and Tianyan Zhilian recognize its legality and validity. Unless the member accepts the terms of this agreement, the member has no right to use this service, and the member's choice to use this service will be deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
• 1.2 Tianyan Zhilian has the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Once the terms of service are changed or modified, Tianyan Zhilian will make an announcement on the relevant page, and the modified content will take effect and be executed 10 days after the date of the announcement; if the member does not agree to this The automatic renewal function can be cancelled for any modification of the agreement; if the member continues to use it, it will be deemed that the member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.
• 1.3 Members must have the corresponding legal capacity and capacity to act when using this service, and be able to bear legal responsibilities independently. If the member is under the age of 18, he must use the service under the guardianship of his parents or other guardians. The behavior of using this service is deemed to have been approved by his parents or other guardians.
2. Service Description
• 2.1 This service is based on the demand of members for automatic renewal. On the premise that members have opened this service, it is a service launched to avoid losses caused by members' failure to renew fees in time due to negligence or other reasons. When the valid period of the member is about to expire, the entrusted payment channel will deduct the cost of the next billing cycle from the balance of the member's own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the member's account, bank card, communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account"). The billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (the same below), and the member can The billing cycle displayed on the platform is self-selected. The premise of this service is that the member has bound his Tianyan Zhilian member account with the above account, and can successfully deduct funds from the above account.
• 2.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to the deduction method for Tianyan Zhilian to collect members' fees for the next billing cycle through the above account based on the premise of 2.1. Members need to ensure that Tianyan Zhilian can successfully deduct funds from the above account. The renewal failure caused by insufficient debit balance in the above account shall be borne by the member himself, and Tianyan Zhilian has the right to interrupt/terminate the corresponding member rights and services.
• 2.3 When a member chooses to enable automatic renewal, it is deemed that he agrees to authorize Tianyan Zhilian to issue a debit instruction to the account, and agrees that the account can be based on the debit instruction issued by Tianyan Zhilian without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc. The cost of the next billing cycle is deducted from the account. Unless the member actively and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the member's automatic debit authorization to Tianyan Zhilian is irrevocable. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, Tianyan Zhilian does not refund the fees paid by members in any way.
• 2.4 When members enjoy this service, they shall be bound by the terms of the "Regeneration Assistant Privacy Policy" and the "Regeneration Assistant VIP Member Service Agreement" and all relevant sub-agreements, page descriptions or standardized procedures. When members use this service, The use behavior of members is deemed to be their agreement to the terms of service of this service and various publicity issued by Tianyan Zhilian for this service. If this agreement conflicts with the "Regeneration Assistant VIP Member Service Agreement", this agreement shall prevail.
• 2.5 The service provided by Tianyan Zhilian to members is limited to members' use on the Tianyan Zhilian platform. Any act of separating the service provided by Tianyan Zhilian from the Tianyan Zhilian platform by malicious cracking and other illegal means does not belong to this agreement. This service agreed upon in. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the actor, and Tianyan Zhilian will pursue the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.
3. Rights and obligations of both parties
• 3.1 Tianyan Zhilian is responsible for providing members with inquiry methods for the specific situation of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and/or forwarding them to members.
• 3.2 Tianyan Zhilian will send automatic renewal prompts to members by sending mobile phone text messages or other means before the validity period of the member is about to expire. If the cost of the next billing cycle is deducted from the above-mentioned account of the member, the deduction will be recorded in the member on the day of deduction. Payment records, and at the same time extend the membership valid period accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Tianyan Zhilian has the right to collect the fee immediately and does not provide refund services.
• 3.3 If there is an error in the deduction process, Tianyan Zhilian and members shall closely cooperate to identify the cause, and each shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; If the loss is caused by the common fault of both parties but cannot be distinguished from their respective faults, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.
• 3.4 Tianyan Zhilian may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technological upgrading. Tianyan Zhilian will inform users through publicity on the relevant pages of Tianyan Zhilian or other appropriate locations. Relevant changes or modifications, but there is no obligation to make separate notices. The above publicity is deemed to have been delivered to the user from the date of sending by Tianyan Zhilian. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall prevail from the earliest time sent in the above methods. If the member does not agree to the modification of this agreement, he can cancel the service he has obtained and stop using it; if the member continues to use the service provided by Tianyan Zhilian, it is deemed that the member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.
• 3.5 This service is cancelled by the member's own choice. If the member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the member agrees that Tianyan Zhilian has the right to continue to make irregular deduction attempts in accordance with certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, Tianyan Zhilian will provide the member with membership services for the next billing cycle.
• 3.6 If the price of Tianyan Zhilian service is adjusted at/before the time of automatic renewal, the currently valid price announced on the Tianyan Zhilian platform shall prevail.
• 3.7 Tianyan Zhilian does not charge any additional handling fee for members to open this service, but Tianyan Zhilian has the right to decide whether to charge the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fee according to business needs or market changes, and publish it to members on the relevant page.
• 3.8 If the member renews within the membership valid period, the valid period will be extended on the basis of the original service valid period.
• 3.9 The member understands and agrees that the withholding authority authorized by the member to Tianyan Zhilian will be regarded as the recharge behavior of the member himself. If any loss is caused to the member itself, the member will not claim any rights and hold any responsibility from Tianyan Zhilian and its affiliates.
4. Term of Agreement, Termination
• 4.1 This Agreement shall take effect after the Member chooses to accept or use the Service, and shall terminate when the Member terminates the Service/cancels the membership, unless otherwise announced by Tianyan Zhilian.
• 4.2 Members have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time in the member account settings. After terminating this service, Tianyan Zhilian will stop providing this service to members.
• 4.3 The instruction that the member has entrusted Tianyan Zhilian to automatically renew the deduction before choosing to terminate this service is still valid. Tianyan Zhilian will not refund the fees that have been deducted based on the instruction, and the member will bear the relevant responsibilities and losses.
• 4.4 Tianyan Zhilian has the right to suspend or terminate this service according to its own business adjustments, price changes and other reasons. In the event of such a situation, Tianyan Zhilian will notify members by announcement.
5. Liability for breach of contract
• If one party breaches the contract, the abiding party has the right to obtain compensation or compensation through the breach of contract settlement method agreed by both parties.
6. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
• 6.1 Tianyan Zhilian and its members shall resolve disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If it cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing for litigation and settlement. Issues related to the interpretation, validity and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

• 7.1 If members have any questions (including inquiries, complaints, etc.) about this Agreement or the use of Tianyan Zhilian's automatic renewal service, please contact Tianyan Zhilian through the user feedback portal of the function page or online customer service, service@scrapsaas.com, Tianyan Zhilian will reply to the member as soon as possible after receiving the member's comments and suggestions.
• 7.2 The headings of this Agreement are for convenience and readability only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in the text.
• 7.3 This agreement will take effect 10 days after the home page update time.
