Plug scraps typically have a lower value, containing only around 20% brass, with the remainder mostly consisting of plastic and rubber. If the plug includes a switch, the price may be slightly higher due to the presence of circuit boards. Some high-specification electronic plugs have silver contacts, which can be of higher value. Chargers and power strips have a low copper content, usually around 10% copper.
