Laptop heat sinks, also known as copper-aluminum heat exchangers. Their scrap value is relatively high, with copper content ranging from 60% to 70%, and the remaining part is aluminum. These heat sinks are very thin and can be manually disassembled and broken, or mechanically shredded, with shredding often causing material loss of around 3%.
