A motor, also known as an electric motor, is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and outputs power. It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, where an electric current flows through a coil in a magnetic field, causing the coil to rotate and drive a shaft. The motor is connected to a flywheel, which is driven by the motor's rotation. Scrap motors, as a common type of waste, are primarily valuable for their copper or aluminum coils.
Large motors are uniform packages sold in large sizes.
