The primary value of blade servers lies in the reuse of old equipment. If the servers are relatively recent and newer models, efforts can be made to repurpose them. In terms of visual assessment, the thinner the chassis, the higher the integration level and circuit board quality, leading to a higher recycling value. Blade servers predominantly feature pure copper heat sinks and heat pipes. The scrap price difference between regular servers and blade servers is roughly between 410-550 USD per ton, with the main difference lying in the grade of circuit boards.
