The recycling value of different telephones varies significantly. Office phones with answering machine and fax functions, split-type phones, or phones with screens may have a recycling value ten times higher than ordinary phones. The key positions of the phones are gold-plated, and the weight ratio of the circuit board is approximately 10%+. The circuit boards of old ordinary phones are yellow boards with low value. The microphone and speaker have low value, but some microphones contain neodymium magnets, which are of higher value. The recycling price of new telephones is approximately 2,500 USD per ton; the price of old-fashioned telephones is about 540 to 690 USD per ton.
